- When I went to my first yoga class I had no idea what to expect. I was hoping that it would help me shed a few pounds and become a little stronger. What I got in addition to that was the most profound experience of my life. I entered into a room filled with strangers that were all courageous enough to sweat, breathe, and move as one, to the best of their personal abilities, and I was lucky enough to join them. I saw so much courage in the room as we made odd shapes with our bodies. We faced ourselves and each other to better ourselves in our own deeply personal way. This was the first time I actually felt what it was like to be in my own body. As I experienced my physical gifts and limitations (I still fall a lot!) I was exhilarated. I was on the road to discover, me. May your road be as full of joy, laughter and love. Om Shanti, Shanti, Shanti
